The Company Democracy Model was introduced at the KAATO event where distinguished colleagues and experts from the ICT sector at the held at the prestigious and historic Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall clubhouse in London. The discussions were evolved on the future technology and AI applications and innovations with leading companies and investors from Great Britain and Finland. The Company Democracy Model was introduced for its contribution on the development of organizational knowledge-based cultures though which innovation evolves.
The event was organized by Business Finland, Team Finland, and Finnish-British Chamber of Commerce. KAATO is a virtual community for Finland-minded (not only for Finns) ICT leaders and specialists. Today KAATO has over 600 members with over half in international locations.
The Company Democracy Model in Strategic Management and Leadership lectures.

The Company Democracy Model will be taught by Dr. Evangelos Markopoulos in his module Strategic Management and Leadership at the University College London during the first term of the summer 2022. Several aspects of the model will be taught under the lectures of participative management, organizational cultures, sustainable and ethical governance, and knowledge and innovation management as part of corporate strategy development and execution.
